General Terms:

• The above fee includes 18% GST.
• * Students registering for IAPCON 2027 must submit a bona fide certificate issued by the HOD. Without the bona fide certificate, the registration will be considered as a general delegate and will be subject to the applicable delegate fees.

• Avail a 10% discount for a group of five and 5% discount for a group of three delegates from the same institute/organization. A certificate from the Head of the Institute/Organization is mandatory for each group registration.

Cancellation & Refund Terms:

Cancellation of registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at secretariatiapcon@gmail.com mentioning the registration number in the subject line.

Refunds for paid registrations will be processed as per the following schedule:

• On or before 15th July 2026: Full refund (excluding GST)
• On or before 15th September 2026: 50% refund (excluding GST)
• On or before 15th November 2026: 25% refund (excluding GST)

No refund will be applicable for cancellations received after 15th November 2026.
