Cancellation Process

Cancellation of registration can be done by sending an email to the conference secretariat at secretariatiapcon@gmail.com, mentioning the registration number in the subject line.

The request must be sent from the same email address used during registration.

Refund Policy

Refunds for paid registrations will be processed as per the following schedule:

• Cancellations received on or before 15th July 2027 – Full refund (excluding GST)
• Cancellations received on or before 15th September 2027 – 50% refund (excluding GST)
• Cancellations received on or before 15th November 2027 – 25% refund (excluding GST)

No refund will be applicable for cancellations received after 15th November 2027.

Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference.
